How to use

These blends are designed to provide convenient support when you need it most.

  • Simply add 10g (approx. one scoop) to ~200ml water, use your Mixie to blend, and enjoy.

Natural ingredients

Our Blends are a bespoke prebiotic mix of inulin, acacia fibre and green banana resistant starch. We don't use artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.

Gut support

These contain three forms of prebiotics, plus a shelf-stable probiotic strain for robust gut health (important for producing sleep-promoting melatonin!)

No added sugar

Unlike many other fibre and supplement powders, The Fast 800 products do not contain any added sugar and are low in carbs.

High in fibre

With 5.7g - 6.8g fibre in our Fibre Blends, and 5g in our Sleep Blend, ensuring you’re reaching your daily 30g target is much easier.

Low in calories
