- Once you have created your account and gone through the checkout for your Programme via our website, then download The Fast 800 app from the App Store or Google Play and log in to your programme from your mobile device.
- The Fast 800 Shakes seamlessly integrate into your meal plan on the 12-week Programme. Simply swap a meal in your meal plan for a Shake, and your plan will automatically calculate your macros and calories for the day. You can use the Shakes for 1-2 meals a day, alongside our simple Mediterranean-style recipes.

While you are unable to access The Fast 800 Kickstart Bundle offer via the app, you will be able to use the Programme from your preferred app store after you have completed your account set up and checkout on a web browser.
The Kickstart Bundle is governed by the offer terms and conditions. There is no free trial period for the 12-week Programme when purchased as part of The Fast 800 Kickstart Bundle.
Once you complete your 12-week Programme, you will rollover onto an ongoing subscription access to the Programme at $22 per month, unless you choose to cancel, which you can do at any time.
